What are you doing to relieve stress? Question 3 I am okay. I have Seasonal Affective Disorder so on top of the stress from worrying about covid, I think I am doing fine. I watch a few more movies, take a few more naps. Are you working from home? What adjustments or challenges are you experiencing? Question 8 We had to work from home from March 23 to July 1st. It was a hard adjustment. We only planned a few weeks, but it turned into months. I had to purchase a better office chair, stop stress eating and learn to take a breather for my self.
