How is your life different now than it was before the pandemic?

I miss weekly coffee with my best friends. Wearing a mask everywhere and dealing with fogging glasses. Not eating in restaurants. No traveling.

How are you feeling? What are you doing to relieve stress?

I am okay. I have Seasonal Affective Disorder so on top of the stress from worrying about covid, I think I am doing fine. I watch a few more movies, take a few more naps.

Are you working from home? What adjustments or challenges are you experiencing?

We had to work from home from March 23 to July 1st. It was a hard adjustment. We only planned a few weeks, but it turned into months. I had to purchase a better office chair, stop stress eating and learn to take a breather for my self.

How are you using social media, the Internet, or digital platforms during the pandemic?

Social time with friends and family.

What do you wish you knew before the pandemic began?

To get a stock pile of toilet paper, yeast, and flour on hand before hand.
